All imagery, video footage, graphics, and multimedia content produced by Dahlke Media (including content posted on Instagram @dahlke_media) are the exclusive intellectual property of Dahlke Media and are protected under United States and International Copyright Laws.

1. Ownership and Rights Dahlke Media retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all media created. The posting of content on social media or this website does not constitute a waiver of these rights or a transfer of ownership to the viewer or subject.

2. Strictly Prohibited Actions Without express written permission from Dahlke Media, the following actions are strictly prohibited and considered copyright infringement:

Commercial Use: Selling, licensing, or using the content for any commercial or promotional purpose (including use by other businesses, teams, or organizations).

Modification: Altering the content in any way, including applying filters, cropping, or editing video clips.

Watermark Removal: Cropping out, blurring, or removing the Dahlke Media logo or watermark.

Uncredited Distribution: reposting or publishing content to third-party platforms without proper attribution.

3. Personal Usage & Social Media Sharing We love to see athletes and community members share our work! You are permitted to share watermarked content on personal social media accounts only if the following conditions are met:

Credit is Mandatory: You must tag @dahlke_media in the caption and/or on the image/video.

No Alterations: The image or video must be posted in its original format without additional filters or cropping.

If no Watermark is present, Altering the image by cropping in, is permitted, unless it degrades the quality of the image. Dahlke Media reserves the right to take down any image that is not in accordance to this rule.

4. DMCA & Takedown Notice Dahlke Media reserves the right to issue Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and web hosts for any content found to be in violation of this policy. If your post is reported and removed, it is because it violated these terms of use.
